"I try not to review too much on google but I’m big on giving praise where praise is due. When I called I had at least a million questions. I was agitated from previous experiences and questions other places weren’t answering. When Hailey answered the phone I was less than pleasant and when I tell you this lady navigated through my attitude, positively, answered every question and frustration I had. Just WOW. Wish every place was as helpful and thorough as she was. Professionalism is hard to come by these days so much so that I forget it exist at times.
